Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BreathFlow mobile application (the "App") operated by BreathFlow ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purchase Terms

BreathFlow offers optional premium features ("BreathFlow Pro") through the following plans:

• Weekly subscription — auto-renews weekly. Cancel anytime in App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Annual subscription — auto-renews yearly. Cancel anytime in App Store settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Lifetime purchase — one-time payment, no subscription or renewal.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

2. Health Disclaimer

BreathFlow is designed to guide breathing exercises and mindfulness practice. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

• Breathing exercises involving breath holds or rapid breathing (such as Power Breathing or Kapalabhati) may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or tingling sensations. These are normal but should be approached gradually.
• Always practice in a safe position — seated or lying down. Never practice advanced breathing techniques while driving, swimming, or in water.
• Consult with a qualified healthcare provider before using the App if you are pregnant, have respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD), cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or any other serious health condition.
• Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience persistent dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or fainting.
• You use the App and participate in breathing exercises entirely at your own risk.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of breathing exercises and mindfulness practice. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software, are the exclusive property of BreathFlow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BreathFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data.
• Personal injury or health issues arising from the use of the App or breathing exercises.
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in breathing timer functions or other App features.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the App. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
